history: It wasn't exactly a peaceful town. It happened to be horrific at some points, but she had still grown there. It was the infamous city of Toyko, the grand and beautiful capital of Japan. This is where Rane Okimoto had grown up, gone to school, and spent most of her life. She was not the greatest in school, but her love for people and animals was brighter than the sun could have ever possibly shined.
Rane was a girl whom seemed outcasted by everyone she knew. Her father, a full fledged Japanese man, had been part of an elite team for mischief. He worked undercover, one of the most dangerous jobs, but he managed to hold up. Her mother, however, was one of American blood. She was a top student in high school who had attended college for Japanese history and, as well, had become very fluent with Japanese language. She loved everything about Japan, as well as played part as the glue that kept their family together. Her mother, as well, was the reason why Rane could speak English so well. She still holds the Japanese accent, as well as speaks it, but she is just as decent as speaking English.
Fatality had come on a sudden day in June. Rane's mother had fallen ill, and had died a few hours after the sudden break out. Rane had not found it odd in any way, but nothing could mend her bitten heart from crying. She wanted to help her mother, but she had gotten sick so quickly that there wasn't barely a time to breathe. The oddness had come, however, when she had found that her father had been missing. Tokyo had blamed the man for his wife's sudden dismay, but Rane refused to believe it.
She ran. She ran as fast as she could carry herself, in search of her father, but she had come to a conclusion. She had broken down once again, but to find guidance. God had cast his light upon her, signaling her out, and down he swooped to request favor. He spoke her her, telling her that if she helped him, then he would help her find her father. She had tearfully agreed, standing up to greet her maker, but suddenly a beam and then all went black. Raphael had been thrust willingly into her body, and all her intentions had been pushed aside.
She has now been, ever since, the puppet to the great Archangel of healing. He playing her one and only puppeteer.

Darkness. It wasn't until that time where she had truly felt alone. Her heart sinking, gasping at many attempts to put her head above it all, but she seemed to have been drowning in a vat of dark blue. The velvet composition, spread across the once clear sky, and sparkling with thousands of small silver lights. Her eyes glistened, her every composure remaining calm as usual, and her heart had begun to race. It had been so long, the clean airs inhaling into her longing lungs, breathing, and dancing in the relic of the fresh airs. It was so strange, yet reminded her of home - the certain home that she would never turn back to. Even if it killed her. She would have to be dragged lifelessly around in order for her to return to that horrid place in her memories.
Rane stepped forwards, her fingers resting upon the cold concrete barrier, and she took a deep breath in and then out once again. It had been a while since she had been in this predicament. So much was going on, her mind reeling with options of never ending containment, and her head pounding with a pressure that had her feeling dizzy for weeks now. She, though, could feel it suddenly begin to drift. She was now relaxing, becoming calm in her own little bubble, but unaware of whom or what may have disturbed her. It had been so long, for she had disappeared, but her parents' faces had still haunted her every being.
